Hello!
I'm Ashley. I create thoughtful and clean interfaces for the modern web. I have worked in digital design for the past decade or so, designing everything from banners & emails to full websites and software interfaces. Before turning my focus to designing for screens, I specialized in editorial design & production for magazines and newspapers. I speak UI, UX, print, and HTML/CSS. Ook 'n beetje Nederlands.
I moved to Durham in 2016 after 16 years in Boston, and I'm delighted by my new (mostly) snow-free surroundings. I'm currently working for Apiture, a FinTech company, designing banking and financial apps for white labeling.
When I'm not working, I can often be found playing with my band, hanging out with foster dogs (I foster for the wonderful IAR), starting home improvement projects that I may or may not ever finish, and attending UX events.
